What we delete

Subject to verification, applicable law, and the instructions of the healthcare organization responsible for the data, deletion generally covers your ClinicOS account, access credentials or login associations, profile and preference data, and other personal data associated with your use of the app that is not required to be retained.

Limited retention

What may be retained

A clinic or healthcare provider may be legally required to retain medical records even after your app account is deleted. Neurabrix or the provider may also retain limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, or legal-compliance records. Retained data remains protected and is used only for the applicable retention purpose. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until their normal deletion cycle completes.
